Returns + Repair

We take great care at Ada Hodgson to ensure your jewellery piece is of the highest quality.  If you find your piece to have a manufacturing fault we are happy to offer a repair or credit note for the item within 6 months of date of purchase.  This does not include items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear or misuse. Please see care guide for detailed jewellery care. We reserve the right to assess the piece before offering a repair.  Repair items must be returned via Australia Post with signature on delivery at your expense and ensure to include a prepaid satchel inside for return postage. 

 We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, as all pieces are made to order. Please choose carefully and ensure to get in touch if you have any further questions about the piece prior to purchase.

We offer the first resize of your ring for free but you incur the fee of return postage and re-shipping costs. Please post your item to us in original and secure packaging and include a prepaid express post bag with signature on delivery.  Subsequent resizes will incur a fee which varies depending on the piece. 

Should you require your piece to be re-plated, get in touch with us, we are only too happy to help! Specific times and fees will be discussed via email, as it is dependent on your needs.
