Frequently Asked Questions
From start to finish, I’ll guide you through every step to ensure we create something you truly love. We begin with a bespoke questionnaire to start gathering your ideas for the piece. You can also read more about the bespoke design process here.
Once we finalise your design, sourcing and crafting generally takes 4-8 weeks. If you have a special date in mind, I’ll do my best to work within your timeline.
Appointments are designed to uncover your vision. I’ll guide you with thoughtful questions, show you my designs and gemstones in the studio, and help you choose metals and responsibly sourced gems. Virtual appointments follow the same flow.
Yes! I regularly work with clients outside Melbourne. Virtual consultations, along with detailed photos and videos, make the process just as personal.
Pricing varies depending on design and gemstones. Once I know your vision, I’ll provide a tailored quote.
The initial consult is free of charge. After the consultation a $300 deposit is required before I begin sourcing gemstones or refining your design. This deposit secures your place in my schedule and allows me to begin the creative process. Once we have the design finalised, to begin making, a 60% deposit is required (minus the $300) The 40% balance is paid once your piece is complete.
All gemstones are sourced through trusted local and international merchants, collectors and cutters. I can source traceable and GIA-certified stones on request, and I only use responsibly sourced diamonds.
I offer both natural and lab-created diamonds, depending on your preference. I’ll happily guide you through the decision, both are beautiful options. All natural diamonds are sourced responsibly and adhere to the Kimberley Process..
