I want you to love your piece. If you’ve purchased a ready-to-ship jewel and it’s not quite right, I’m happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase. The jewel must be in original and unworn condition, and I reserve the right to inspect the piece upon return before granting a return. Due to hygiene restrictions, I cannot accept any earrings for return.

Ring Resizing
Some rings can be resized up or down slightly — but not all.
Please get in touch before purchase to check if resizing is possible for your chosen style.

Rings with pearls or opals: $300 (due to their delicate nature)
Repairs
All pieces are made with care and intended to last. If your jewel ever needs a little attention, I offer repairs for reasonable fees depending on the issue.
