RETURNS + REPAIR
Great care is taken to ensure your jewellery piece is of the highest quality.
Jewellery is delicate and requires care! If you find your piece to have a manufacturing fault I am are happy to offer a repair, replace or credit note for the item within 6 months of date of purchase.
Manufacturing faults do not include chipped cracked or broken gemstones, opals, or pearls; broken chains or that have been damaged due to general wear and tear or misuse. This include items that have been bent or twisted or have snapped.
Please see care guide for detailed jewellery care. I reserve the right to assess the piece before offering a repair. Please email email@example.com with your repair requests to discuss and I can give you a quote.
Repair items within 6 months of purchase must be returned via Australia Post with signature on delivery at your expense. And a return ticket must be purchased for the return postage. For domestic repairs this is $10. For international repairs, please get in touch.
For repairs outside of the 6 months of purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your query and supply photos of your piece, and proof of purchase.
Please return your piece in the original packaging or in a hard box that is padded out so the piece can't move during transit, to ensure it does not get damaged in the post.

Returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted as all pieces are made to order. Please choose carefully and ensure to get in touch if you have any further questions about the piece prior to purchase.
EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
Please decide carefully on your special piece as I do not offer exchange on made to order, custom or bespoke pieces.
Some ready to ship items are available for exchange or online store credit.
As all pieces are lovingly handmade, I do not offer refunds.
Not all pieces can be resized so please read each description carefully. Ring sizing kits are available to purchase here, and should you require any assistance choosing the perfect size, just get in touch.
I offer the first resize of your ring for free but you incur the fee of return postage and re-shipping costs. Please post your item in original and secure packaging. Subsequent resizes will incur a fee which varies depending on the piece.
Should you require your piece to be re-plated, get in touch, I'm only too happy to help! Specific times and fees will be discussed via email, as it is dependent on your needs.
